Who Are the Friends of the Library?

A non-profit, membership organization devoted to supporting NKCPL programs, exhibits and special projects. While membership is a small investment, the community reaps big rewards through the support of the Friends. Since 1997, the Friends of NKCPL have promoted, enhanced and expanded the presence of the library for the benefit of the community. Friends' members are concerned citizens, business community members and students who strive to develop financial resources and programs. In addition, Friends members aim to create public awareness and to serve as an advocate for NKCPL.
